Stuffed Tomato Salad Recipe
Peel 4 ripe tomatoes and scoop out juice and pulp. Put juice and pulp into bowl, add 4 rolled soda crackers, 1 cup cream cheese cut into small pieces, the meat cut from 1 1/2 dozen ripe olives and 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise. Mix well together; fill the tomato shells and put a teaspoon of mayonnaise on top of each. Serve on lettuce leaves.
